"I have been following the Brent Cross Cricklewood development for many years, from when I was the MP for Hendon.
"I am concerned about the proposal to separate out the Brent Cross side of the regeneration scheme, as I think the risk is then created of the community benefits not [ever] emerging. I have also been concerned about the poor ratio of social housing to properties for sale on the open market.
"However, I think it is going to be a pretty long time before any progress is made on any part of the scheme."
