"This evening saw the premiere of a new documentary film about Barnet,
in which Richard Cornelius, Barnet’s council leader, said he had 'set his expectations quite low' for the borough.
"Tale of Two Barnets, by Charles Honderick, was shown at the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley."
