We say: It has:

• 'High Speed Two' platforms, and 
• 'Great Western Main Line' (including Crossrail) platforms, 

plus, potentially, platforms for: 

• the North London Line, 
• the West London Line,
• the Central Line, and perhaps 
• the Dudding Hill Line to - wait for it - Brent Cross. 

(Since that all involves public transport, Hammerson would not be interested.)
