"Welcome to the first installment of Neighbourhood Watch. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the latest neighbourhood planning activity taking place across England.
The project has been launched to build on Planning’s research into neighbourhood planning, a key part of the government’s Localism Act.
"... London’s neighbourhood planning hotspot is Westminster, which has had 15 applications to take on neighbourhood planning powers – one of the highest amounts in the country – and has a tradition of organised and engaged local civic societies, many of which have applied."
