Developer Quintain Estates today tempted US billionaire Howard Marks to north-west London, selling a half-share in Wembley’s new Hilton hotel for £30.1 million.

"... The Hilton is next to the new Wembley Stadium and Quintain’s London Designer Outlet, which will open later this year."
