"THE SPIRES shopping centre has been put up for sale, in a deal that could net its owners more than £35million.
"The centre in Barnet High Street was put on the market by UBS, with the banking firm looking to reduce its exposure to at-risk retail centres.
"Included in the deal is the car park and the Barnet Market site, which UBS took over in 2011."
