"... Quintain’s 350,000 sq ft development will include 15 new restaurants, cafés and coffee shops including Pizza Express, Prezzo, Frankie & Benny’s, Handmade Burger Co and Jimmy Spice’s. There will also be 85 retail units and Cineworld, a new nine-screen cinema seating up to 1,800 people.

"Half of the centre has tenants, with Nike signing up for a flagship store measuring a whopping 9,182 sq ft in a prominent location, and Gap occupying an 8,235 sq ft space on the centre’s first floor."
