Redevelopment of vacant land in Cricklewood – Public Consultation Event


"On behalf of Tepbrook Properties, [Deloitte Real Estate is publicising] emerging proposals for the development of their vacant site on the corner of Depot Approach and Cricklewood Broadway for a mixed-use scheme consisting of residential apartments and a supermarket.

"As part of this process, and in advance of the submission of a planning application for the site, a public consultation event is being held to inform the local community about the emerging proposals, and to provide the opportunity for comments and feedback.

"In this regard we are pleased to invite the public to come to The Cricklewood Travelodge to view the plans for the site. Representatives of the project team will be in attendance at the event to explain the proposals and answer any questions. The details of the event are as follows:
