"The mayor's office said that in total the masterplan for the Woodberry Down regeneration project will deliver 4,284 homes, of which 2,214 will be affordable, with 60 per cent for affordable rent and 40 per cent intermediate.

"This is one of the biggest estate renewal schemes in the capital and will provide a boost to Hackney by delivering much needed new homes and infrastructure."
